Menu for today :
Breakfast - Nature's own Spirulina Cereal
Lunch - Laksa + waffle (huhu..mai mana plak waffle nih)
Dinner - Tosai + vadai
Awatla dok ada plus plus tuh...haih...bilanya nak stick for 1 main menu ja.......harini ari kedua TBL.....tinggai 2 hari ja g untuk weigh in day .....klu tambah either 0.1KG pun kna denda nih......hopefully i will not gain a lot.....i aim for 71.7 Kg ..at least for this week...0.5 kg less...
no exercise for today as i'm too bz with my workload...back up orang ja keja aku ni.....penat2...cuma malam ja jalan2 cuci mata kat Giant Bayan Baru...walking= consider exercise kecil-kecilan..hehehhehe
