hehehe....arini mai keja dr umah kat kepala batas....so menu for today
bekpes: cubaan pertama jus monavie + sekeping roti gardenia + tuna spread (yummy)
Lunch : Nasi (uwaa....) + gulai ikan semilang + Ulam2 + sambal + sayur yg banyak
Dinner : 4 keping roti gardenia + tuna spread....
fuh.......dinner aku..biar btui..tu amik time kul 7....actually mlm ni ada frenly futsal ngan plexus....sbab tuh aku mkn banyak sikit...leh ka camtuh.....tadi p tesco....hehehhe cari dumbell...dah dapat dah 3.5Kg nya.....cam best ja tapi tak rasmi g....maybe this weekend kot.....leh la aku build more muscle for my arm ...berguna untuk nak punch org nanti...hehehhe....bukan saja2 bertumbuk ya...tapi for my next coming tournament....hehehhe
